The main public computing areas are in the Information Commons, Academic A area, and the Science Library, but there are also a number of smaller public computing areas on campus. Access information on lab capacity, hardware, and equipment to find the most suitable lab for your needs. Before visiting, ensure that the lab is open by checking the schedule. You can use LiveMaps or the LabFind App to locate available computers in the labs. Public Computing Labs

Securely Save Your Work:
Save your work in these recommended locations:

Avoid Saving to Public Computer Desktops:

Public Computing Software Availability

ITS maintains several software packages in the Public Computing Labs and BingView, accessible to 香港六合彩资料 faculty, staff, and students. To check the availability of specific software in the Public Computer Labs, follow these steps:

Adobe Creative Cloud

Adobe Creative Cloud software is available for 香港六合彩资料 students on specific macOS computers located in Science 2, Room 745 and at Mac scanning stations. This includes software packages such as Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat DC, and Illustrator.

To access the software from home or personal laptops, students will need to purchase their own personal subscription from . It is also necessary to have a free Adobe account, which can be created on the Adobe website.

Public Computer Software Request

Faculty and staff requiring specialized software in the Public Computer areas can submit a Public Computer Software Request through . The due dates for requests are as follows:

  • Fall 2024: Due by July 31, 2024
  • Summer 2024: Due by April 26, 2024
  • Spring 2024: Due by December 20, 2024

Labfind

LabFind is a new app integrated with LiveMaps Real-Time Computer Availability software. It allows you to easily locate available computers in our open areas. Use the LabFind App to find real-time information on computer availability.
