The Leadership & Consulting concentration will enhance your ability to lead and manage people and organizations throughout your career. In today’s workplace, leadership happens at all levels — from entry-level to CEO. Developing these skills will make you a valuable asset on any team and in any work environment. This concentration emphasizes hands-on practice through case simulations, consulting projects and speaker engagements.
Requirements to Declare Concentration
As of Fall 2024, receiving a B- or better in MGMT 311 is a prerequisite for declaring the concentration.
Concentration Requirements
As of Fall 2024, in addition to the standard curriculum for the BSBA degree, students wishing to fulfill a concentration in Leadership & Consulting are required to complete a total of five courses (specified below). At graduation you must have a combined GPA of 2.7 or higher in your Leadership & Consulting concentration courses to be awarded the Leadership & Consulting concentration. Only courses taken at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ or as part of a study abroad program will count towards a concentration GPA.
