This distinguished designation signifies excellence in innovation, and is awarded to select few who have made remarkable advancements in their fields. 


Now available for free to current or aspiring inventors is the NAI Intellectual Property Curriculum course. The Intellectual Property (IP) course developed by the Michelson Institute teaches critical knowledge about America鈥檚 intellectual property protection system and how it can work for you. By completing the course, you will acquire a foundation for a successful career in that most quintessential American tradition, Innovation.

The NAI was founded in 2010 to recognize and encourage inventors with patents issued from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, enhance the visibility of academic technology and innovation, encourage the disclosure of intellectual property, educate and mentor innovative students, and translate the inventions of its members to benefit society.
