Lauren Morris Lauren Morris (she/her) earned her bachelor's degree at Hartwick College in Studio Art followed by her Masters in the Art of Teaching from Bethany College, West Virginia. Through her graduate studies and professional career, Lauren has gained experience in supporting students and has been certified as a Success Coach. Lauren strives to  create a supportive environment where students feel empowered and thrive through their academic journey. Lauren supervises the Success Coaching program and is excited to assist with the it's growth. While away from her desk, Lauren enjoys spending time with her six guinea pigs, her dogs Mo'ka & King, taking care of her houseplants, playing volleyball and making art in her home studio.

Thomas Addison Hello, my name is Thomas, a current senior at ������ϲ�����. I'm studying Financial Economics with a minor in accounting, with the intention to attend law school in a few years. During my free time I enjoy traveling, running, and spending time with my friends. As a success coach, it is my job to help students as much as I can. Primarily, I help students achieve their goals throughout the semester by assisting their time management and organization skills, however I can also direct students to other resources if needed.

Josephine Amato Hi! My name is Josephine and I’m from Port Jervis! I’m a junior majoring in biological sciences and minoring in speech and hearing science. Some fun facts about me: I’m a peer mentor for the First-year Research Immersion (FRI) program, I work/volunteer as an EMT, I’ve been dancing ballet since I was three years old, I love to sing, and I’m a black belt in Tang Soo Do martial arts! In my free time, I like to hang out with friends and watch tv shows. I’m looking forward to meeting you!

Gilli Richman Hi!  My name is Gilli and I am from Long Island.  I am a senior majoring in Political Science and Minoring in Global Studies.  I plan on continuing at ������ϲ����� next year in the 4+1 program to pursue a Masters of Public Administration.  I spent this past summer studying abroad in Italy, I have a radio show with ������ϲ�����'s station WHRW, and am on the Executive Board for Swipe Out Hunger.  My interests include reading, creating Henna art, and getting coffee with friends.  Can’t wait to meet with you guys!

Swapna Chavara Hi there! My name is Swapna. I’m from Westchester, and I’m a sophomore majoring in biological sciences on the pre-medical track. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends, practicing calligraphy, listening to music, and going on walks. Natalie Rumrill-Teece Hello, my name is Natalie! I am a junior double majoring in biology and global public health on the pre-med track. I am originally from Syracuse. I serve on the E-Boards of Paws and Effect and ������ϲ����� Aiding Hearts, and am a member of the Dickinson Research Team. Outside of school, I work as an EMT and like helping others in times of stress. In my free time, I enjoy organizing, listening to music, reading, making spreadsheets, and cuddling the animal residents of Humane Society. Daniela Bloom Pavon Hello! My name is Daniela. I am a junior majoring in Computer Science and I'm from Westchester. I am an e-board member for ColorStack. During my free time, I enjoy reading, listening to music, binge-watching shows, and hanging out with my friends and family. Summer Lin Hello! My name is Summer! I am a senior double majoring in biochemistry and graphic design. I am involved in various organizations on campus; Paradox, Fujianese Student Union, and Imagination Craft Works, additionally, I am also an independent research student. During my free time, I enjoy creating art, reading, listening to music, catching up on kdrama/cdramas, and of course hanging out with my friends. Carly Miller Carly Miller (she/her) earned a degree in Sociology with a minor in psychology from SUNY Cortland. A few years later, she graduated from ������ϲ�����’s Master of Science in Student Affairs program. She worked as an academic advisor in Decker College for two years, before joining the Success Coaching team in the fall of 2023. Through her experiences during her graduate program and as an academic advisor, Carly has gained extensive knowledge about how to best support students working toward their academic, professional, and personal goals. She aims to create a comfortable environment for students where they feel free to ask questions and express their concerns. When she is out of the office, Carly enjoys hiking with friends, gardening, and spending time with her cats.

Elle Liberatore Hi, I’m Elle! I’m a senior psychology major with minors in forensic health and health and wellness. In my free time, you can find me working at the Vegan Food Co-Op on campus, supporting the local music scene and working on music with friends, going on walks and runs, and slowly (but surely) working through my GoodReads and movie watchlist. I know firsthand how difficult the transition to college and acclimating to this new level of independence can be, but I can assure you it can be done. I am excited to meet you where you are and help you develop the skills and tools you need to make the process easier and more manageable. I’m looking forward to meeting with you!

Brynn Nelsen Hi, I'm Brynn Nelsen! I am a senior majoring in Human Development with a minor in Education and History from Brooklyn. I also work as a PA at the Speaking Center located on campus in C4. In my free time, I love to read, listen to music, and hang out with my friends.

Patrick Talvi Patrick Talvi (he/him) earned his Bachelor's degree at Marist College in Psychology. Soon after, he received his Master's degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from ������ϲ�����. Before Success Coaching, Patrick spent 4 years as an academic advisor in Watson College here at ������ϲ�����. He is passionate about helping students create healthy academic goals and supporting them throughout their journey. When he is not working, Patrick spends his time visiting friends and family, playing video games, and cuddling with his two cats, Shadow and Sunny.

Jubilation Yeh I’m Jubilation (she/her) and I’m a junior studying Chemistry and Environmental Science. I pop up in lots of places on campus: I work multiple on-campus jobs, have the roles of President for the Neurodiversity Club and Vice President for the Marine Science Club, and participate in a bunch of miscellaneous extracurriculars, volunteer opportunities, and odd hobbies. I’m deeply familiar with the fact that students have lives beyond our roles as students, and I believe developing time management skills is vital to maintaining that balance. Being neurodivergent, I also understand that there’s no “one-size-fits-all” definition or path to success. As a Peer Success Coach, I hope to help students figure out and achieve their own versions of success!

Tori Mcknight Hello everyone, my name is Victoria (Tori) Mcknight! I am currently a second year MSW student here at ������ϲ�����. I am excited to bring support to students across campus.
