  • This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight again Alzheimer鈥檚.  You have the option to walk by yourself or with the various 香港六合彩资料 University teams or create your own team. Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's is the world's largest fundraiser for Alzheimer's care, support and research. There is no registration fee to participate in the walk.

  • Memory often changes as people grow older and it can interfere with daily life. Some people notice changes in themselves before anyone else does. For other people, friends and family are the first to see changes in memory, behavior or abilities. To help you better understand the most common warning signs of Alzheimer鈥檚 and what is normal aging and what is not, Retiree Services is partnering with the Alzheimer's Association庐. You will learn hands-on tools how to approach memory concerns, possible tests and assessments for the diagnostic process, incl. how to talk to a doctor and more.

Topic: Planting a Deer Resistant Landscape

  • Deer are a joy to observe, but when they damage the plants in your landscape, it hurts the heart and the wallet. PatW&W Nursery & Landscaping General Manager and Nurseryman will share strategies for discouraging deer from easy tips and plant selection to designing the landscape for deer resistance. Avoid the heartache that comes with deer browsing and discover the actions that will work for you.

  • Retirees can stop at the Information Desk to pick up a garage parking pass.


For in-person workshops, guests requiring a garage parking pass can pick up their pass at the Information Booth as you enter the University and by providing your name and the name of the event. Feel free to bring family members or friends to any of our events.  

Retiree, emeritus/emerita ID cards allow access to events and discounts on campus.

Contact Corinna Kruman should you require a new ID card. I will use the picture we currently have in the system. You can also email Corinna Kruman a recent photo with mailing information. 

If you prefer, you can have a new pictures taken by coming to AD 242, Department of Human Resources.
