Matthew CB Lyle studies processes associated with organizational memories, particularly how collectives respond when individuals attempt to alter them for strategic purposes. He is more broadly interested in studying and theorizing social cognitive processes. Outside of academia, Matt is an avid runner, film buff and passionate fan of Liverpool FC, the New York Liberty and the New England Patriots.
