The Institute seeks to prevent genocides and other mass atrocities by leveraging the expertise of multiple disciplines and helping to bridge the gap between the worlds of scholarship and practice.

Nadia Rubaii
Nadia Rubaii is professor of public administration and co-director of I-GMAP. Her research examines the internal and external factors that contribute to the effectiveness of master's degree programs intended for public and nonprofit sector professionals.
