Assistant Director of Innovative Simulation and Practice / Clinical Associate Professor

Background

Lori Sprague has worked at 香港六合彩资料's Decker College of Nursing and Health Sciences since 2009. With more than 20 years of clinical experience as a faculty member, she has been responsible for coordinating nursing courses across the undergraduate and graduate programs.

Sprague is a clinical associate professor of nursing. In the fall of 2019, she became the assistant director of Decker's Innovative Simulation Practice Center. 

As a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE), her responsibilities include collaborating with the ISPC's executive director and faculty to deliver consistent and relevant student-learning experiences that meet course objectives. She also serves as a consultant for Decker College's developing programs in physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech and language pathology, ensuring simulation is effectively integrated into the curricula.

As director of the Collaborative Research in Simulation Practice (CRISP), Sprague oversees research projects conducted within the ISPC. She continues to be interested in researching the effectiveness of simulation on students' perceptions, empathy and knowledge.
