Project Description
We are hosting a 5k on September 28th in downtown Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ â€“ Miles for a Mission! The race kicks off at 9am and begins/ends at Mirabito Stadium (211 Henry Street). We are looking for people to serve as race marshals: a race marshal's primary role is to keep runners and walkers safe during the race. Volunteers will help guide runners to the start, warn them of obstacles, and communicate about approaching traffic. They will help to discourage spectators from entering the course, assist runners who need help, including seeking medical support, monitor road crossings, and man checkpoints to give out water.
